Meet Our Clinical Staff
Dr. Rebecca Green - Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Green graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1994. She is licensed as a clinical psychologist
in the state of North Dakota. She is a member of the North Dakota Psychological Association
and the American Psychological Association. She works with adults, adolescents, and children.
Dr. Green's practice focuses primarily on providing individual psychotherapy. She is experienced in conducting psychological evaluations and consultations. Areas of expertise for Dr. Green include the treatment of depression, abuse issues, grief and loss issues, anxiety, and women’s issues.
Dr. Heidi Jensen - Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Jensen graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1997. She is licensed as a clinical psychologist in the state of North Dakota. Dr. Jensen is a member of the North Dakota Psychological Association. She works with children, adolescents, and adults.
Dr. Jensen's practice primarily focuses on providing individual psychotherapy. She is experienced in conducting emotional and cognitive psychological evaluations. Areas of expertise for Dr. Jensen include the treatment of depression, anxiety, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Dr. Jensen also is trained to address parenting issues, marital issues, and change of life issues.
Nikki Anvinson, PA-C - Physician Assistant
Nikki Anvinson graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in psychology. She went on to attend the University of Nebraska Medical Center Physician Assistant Program and graduated in 1999.
She is a North Dakota native who has worked in the field of psychiatric medication management for over 19 years. She has worked with both adolescents and adults. Her treatment areas of interest include anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Paula Osowski, PA-C - Physician Assistant
Paula Osowski graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University with a B.S. in chemistry. She went on to attend the University of Nebraska Medial Center Physician Assistant Program and graduated in 1999 with a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
Ms. Osowski has over 19 years of experience in psychiatric medication management. She has worked with both adolescents and adults. Her treatment areas of interest include depression, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.
Jana Theisen, MSW, LAC - Addiction Counselor
Jana Theisen graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Jana is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of North Dakota.
She works with adults conducting chemical dependency evaluations and providing outpatient treatment programming, in both individual and group settings. Jana has had additional training in the Matrix Model and cognitive restructuring techniques.
Dr. Melissa Quincer - Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Quincer graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 2016. She is a licensed as a psychologist by the North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners. She works with adolescents and adults.
Dr. Quincer provides individual therapy and psychological assessments. She also has experience working with couples and families. Dr. Quincer has additional training in the following areas: rural issues, integrated care, sexual health, and parenting practices.
Dr. Carissa Malevich - Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Malevich is a Licensed Counseling Psychologist. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 2018. She works with children, adolescents, and adults.
Dr. Malevich provides individual therapy and psychological assessments. She has additional training in the following areas: posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, rural issues, integrated care, chronic pain, and insomnia.
Erin Lunski graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2016. Erin is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor and Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker in the state of North Dakota.
Erin provides addiction services to adolescents and adults, including chemical dependency evaluations and outpatient treatment programming. Erin provides addiction services both in individual and group settings.
Marlys Fisher, MS, LAC - Addiction Counselor
Marlys Fisher graduated from Jamestown College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology 1998, and from University of North Dakota with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2011. She is a licensed Master’s Addiction Counselor in the state of North Dakota.
Marlys works with adults conducting chemical dependency evaluations and providing outpatient treatment programming, in both individual and group settings. Marlys has additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), has experience working with Co-Occurring Disorders, and providing addiction education to individuals and families.
Deb Davis, LPCC, LMAC - Clinical and Addiction Counselor
Deborah Davis, LPCC, LMAC graduated from North Dakota State University with a M.S. in Counseling and Guidance. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor in the state of North Dakota. She works with adults ages 18 and older.
Deb has significant clinical experience working with both mental health and substance abuse issues. Areas of expertise for Deb include the treatment of anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, trauma and adjustment issues. She uses a person-centered, recovery management approach in therapy along with a variety of treatment models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Therapy.
