Substance Use Disorder Services 

Agassiz Associates, PLLC Substance Use Disorder Program is licensed to provide SUD assessments. Types of assessments include court ordered, DUI evaluations as well as self-referred assessments. Once the assessment is completed, our providers will review any treatment recommendations with you.

Agassiz Associates PLLC Substance Use Disorder Program provides separate low-intensity outpatient treatment services (LIOP) for both adolescents and adults. Treatment programming aims to help individuals gain insight into addictive thought patterns and behaviors. Treatment is individualized to meet each individual where they are at. Comprehensive worksheets, lectures, and videos will complement cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based treatments, working towards wellness and inner peace.

Agassiz Associates PLLC Substance Use Disorder Program provides separate intensive outpatient treatment services (IOP) for both adults and adolescents. This level of programming is more intensive than our low-intensity outpatient services and focuses primarily on group treatment involvement. It provides cognitive behavioral and mindfulness treatment interventions that stem from scientific evidence-based treatment approaches. Group treatment aims to address addictive thought patterns while building healthy coping skills, support networks and positive hobbies and habits to facilitate wholeness and wellness.  

Agassiz Associates PLLC Substance Use Disorder Program provides separate aftercare services for both adolescents and adults. Aftercare programming is intended to complement the extensive work already done by reinforcing healthy coping skills, a positive support network, community resources and overall wellness. Weekly check-ins help maintain structure and accountability while reinforcing healthy coping skills for wellness and maintaining sobriety. General discussion and relapse prevention assignments further the recovery process, facilitating long-term recovery and wellness.

Agassiz Associates, PLLC Substance Use Disorder Program conducts self-referred assessments, DUI evaluations and court ordered substance use disorder assessments for both adolescents and adults. Upon completion of the assessment/evaluation, recommendations are provided. Our clinicians will help you follow through with any substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment services recommended as a result of the assessment by facilitating the referral process.
